Getting so excited!

The Hope for Hearts concert is near and I am anxiously getting everything finalized This has been a vision, a dream for a long time. I always imagined a benefit concert in my mind and God kept leading me to it so instead of backing down and shying away I decided to take on what God was pressing on me.

Sure I am scared that it will fail but I cannot sit in fear after all God said: This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.  Joshua 1:9 (NLT)

When I was the most worried my small group lifted me up and took me under their wing, they said let us help you. That day prayers were answered!

So the concert is a Congenital Heart Defect awareness and fundraiser event, the money will go directly to The Children’s Heart Foundation for critical medical research. Trevor’s Allstars strives to spread  CHD awareness on a daily basis. This is our life and the future of so many children depend on someone being their voice. We all have “something to say” and for those who cannot yet voice their needs, wants and hopes, that is where Heart Moms and Dads come in ;o)
