I am so proud of myself and all my volunteers for getting this event planned and pulled off
I had a vision, set my mind to it and saw it through. Its taken two weeks to realize that what I did was a huge accomplishment and I should be proud. That being said…there is no…NO way any of this would have been possible with out Josh Helms Project and Family of Christ Lutheran Church. You certainly cannot have a concert with out a band or a place to listen to it right?
I will forever be grateful to each and every person who stepped up and offered themselves, their resources, their talent and their support in my big dream of a CHD benefit concert. I hope this is the first of many Hope for Hearts to come.
It was not easy, in fact I lost momentum twice and nearly lost all hope at one time but it tested my faith and my commitment to do what I said I would do and for my family, my children. I will not stop pushing myself and trusting God to carry me through. Hope for Hearts came from God telling me to do a benefit concert and I will keep asking Him and seekingĀ Him to tell me how I can make a difference in the CHD world.
Thank you to each and every person that donated, attended and volunteered. You are a blessing <3
PS- we raised $3,820.00 for The Children’s Heart Foundation
